# Winter Cup 2025

The **Winter Cup** is a limited-time competitive tournament where players qualify through normal gameplay and compete in a seeded knockout bracket for extra rewards.

### Overview

* **Qualifiers:** Dec 15 – Dec 22
* **Qualified Players:** Top 64 on the leaderboard
* **Total Prizes:**
  * **$3,000** – Weekly Leaderboard (Top 30)
  * **$2,000** – Winter Cup Bracket

Players can earn rewards **during qualifiers** and **again in the Winter Cup**.

### Qualifier Phase (Dec 15 – Dec 22)

* Play as usual across all modes.
* **Top 64 on the leaderboard** qualify for the Winter Cup.
* Leaderboard ranking is based on normal gameplay activity.

#### Qualifier Rewards

* **$3,000 leaderboard prize pool** distributed to **Top 30 players**.
* You can earn leaderboard rewards **even if you don’t qualify**.
* Top players can earn **both leaderboard + Winter Cup prizes**.

### Winter Cup Format

* **Seeded single-elimination bracket**
* Seeding is based on final qualifier leaderboard rank:
  * \#1 vs #64, #2 vs #63, #3 vs #62, etc.
* Match schedule and timing will be announced soon.

### Squad Assignment

* Qualified players are auto-assigned their **most-used squad** during qualifiers.
* This is a **default squad**.
* You can change your squad **before the Cup starts**.
* If inactive, the default squad will be used.

### Winter Cup Prizes ($2,000)

* **1st Place:**
  * $1,000
  * Seeker Phone
  * Gold Winter Cup Frame
* **2nd Place:**
  * $500
  * Silver Winter Cup Frame
* **3rd Place:**
  * $250
  * Bronze Winter Cup Frame
* **4th – 8th Place:**
  * $50 each
